2.1 Information you provide

When you use the App, you may provide:

  • Player names and optional nicknames
  • Optional player notes or other descriptive fields
  • Match information (game type, scores, stats, dates, notes)

This information is stored only on your device and is used solely to provide the App’s features, such as tracking pool scores, statistics, and history.

2.2 No sensitive personal data

The App is not intended to collect sensitive personal data (such as addresses, phone numbers, financial details, or health information). Please do not enter such information into the App.

3. Data Storage and Processing

  • All data (including player names, match history, and statistics) is stored locally on your device.
  • The App does not upload or synchronize this data to any remote server or cloud service by default.
  • If the App offers a manual export/import function (for example, exporting matches to a file), the exported file is under your control and can be shared or stored as you choose.

Deleting the App from your device will normally delete all locally stored data associated with the App.

4. Use of External Services, SDKs, and Cookies

The App is built using a mobile app framework (Rork / React Native‑based tooling).

  • To the best of our knowledge and intent, the App:
    • Does not integrate analytics SDKs (such as Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, etc.)
    • Does not include advertising SDKs or ad networks
    • Does not set or read cookies in a web‑browser context within the App
  • The App does not use web views for login, advertising, or tracking.

If in a future update we add any third‑party services (for example analytics, error reporting, or online sync), this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe what is used, what data is sent, and for what purpose. You will be able to review the updated policy before continuing to use the App.

5. Children’s Privacy

The App is not specifically directed at children, but it does not process or transmit personal data to a server. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has entered inappropriate personal information into the App, you can delete that information directly in the App or uninstall the App from the device to remove stored data.

6. Your Choices and Controls

Because all data is local:

  • You can add, edit, or delete players and matches directly in the App.
  • You can uninstall the App at any time to remove stored data from your device.
  • If the App provides an export feature, you can:
    • Export selected data to a file.
    • Store or share that file at your own discretion.
    • Import previously exported data on another device if you choose.

We do not have access to your local or exported data unless you explicitly share it with us (for example, via email or support channels).

7. Future Online Features and Sync

Currently, the App works fully offline and does not require or provide online accounts or automatic synchronization.

In the future, we may introduce optional online features, such as:

  • Creating an account
  • Syncing your data with a backend service
  • Sharing pool results or statistics with other users

If such features are added:

  • They will be optional, and

    • How it is used

8. Data Security

Because data is stored locally on your device, the security of your information also depends on the security of your device:

  • Use a device screen lock (PIN, password, biometrics) if you want to protect access to the App.
  • Keep your operating system up to date.

We do not transmit your personal or match data to our servers, so we do not store it centrally.

9. International Transfers

We do not transfer your App data internationally because it is not sent to our servers. All data remains on your device unless you choose to export or share it yourself.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do:

  • We will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this document.
  • In the case of significant changes (especially if online services are introduced), we will highlight these changes in the App release notes or other suitable channels.

Your continued use of the App after changes to this Privacy Policy means you accept the updated policy.
